Yessss. I could do with a formal introduction to afterschool. Like, the best way to learn who's who is to watch a video, then have someone explain to me who they are. Then go to another video. Looks change so often it's hard for me to keep track until it's ingrained, and then there's no going back. At least with Nu'est there are 5, and they look very different *most* of the time.

I think learning Pledis Idols is particularly easy, because you have: After School - New Member is almost every MV, so the newer members are easier to tell apart from the older ones NU'EST - Literally no one looks similar SEVENTEEN - You have three units that you can learn at a time which makes it easy.
*nod* Nu'est is the easiest I think. Sometimes the haircuts and angles can trick you into switching JR and Minhyun, but that's a rare day. Seventeen is going to take a little bit, but I'm getting it. I've got about 8 or 9 down. After School will take me longer because they've been around longer, have a bigger body of work (or it feels like it) and the members switch.

AfterSchool can be tough since they've had 11 members and the graduation system, but luckily the members a pretty distinct. And yeah, of the current Pledis artists they've got the largest body of work.
They seem to be distinct! I just have to learn them. So far, I happened to notice that they're all gorgeous, absurdly talented, and I like their voices. This is a good sign.
I think that tends to be true of a lot of the pledis artists... Yes, they sometimes must be careful about what they say and usually keep private matters private, but they're pretty startlingly honest and I love that. Like yeah, we're idols but when we're NOT here are our life plans! And...my bedroom is a mess. And this guy keeps leaving his towel on the floor. Etc etc. It's very real.

I really appreciate that they don't just try to be perfect for everyone. Like, they're human, they make mistakes, they're not perfect, and I think that's what an idol should be. Idols are still human, so the image they put up that they're so perfect is misleading.
I didn't read everything here, but I'm here to put myself as a SM17E! ahahahahah As I said before in my intro post, I'm crazy about them since the very beginning! I hope I have enough time to be very active here! I think if we have contests and games with often, this forum will be more active and fun for everyone! ^^
So. How do we wish to go about creating a language learning group and an artbook project? I know lots of us are still recovering and taking a breather from the events of pledis week (YAY!) so, there isn't a rush.

Posting from my phone while waiting for class, so sorry if the formatting is weird!!
With the artbook, I think we can have open admissions for the actual pieces, and I remember when I got my pen & tablet, they had this website where you could have a book made, but idk how big it is.
As for the language group, I feel like we'd need at least one person that's fluent in Korean.

Right, I think we could do open admissions too, probably accept how ever many pieces that we need depending on the amount of pages for the book.
Depends on the type of book we want; physicality not contents. I wonder what other groups use for printing? I can ask around. I'm a professional photographer by day (superhero by night) so while I have access to printing and books/albums, it isn't quite the same for art. Also, I suppose distribution and purpose would drive how many copies we'd need or whatnot.
(Agreed on the language fluency part.)
