I personally don't but then I started writing this EXO fanfic on tumblr based on the MAMAverse and long story short I somehow ended up shipping Baekhyun and Aron =\ HOW DID THIS HAPPEN???

I usually feel so uncomfortable by shipping real people, it just doesn't feel right to me AND YET HERE I AM.

Oh yes! Heck-to-the-yes! But only recently, I used to think shipping real life people was a little weird, but then I discovered NaLiz (do yourself a favor and look it up on tumblr because I swear it's real), and it's too perfect. And then I got into Seventeen and that kind of opened the floodgates. Plus, knowing how absolutely unrealistic some of it is helps with the weirdness.

That's true. For me, I mostly don't have a problem with, say, EXO ships because they have those stage persona's where they have the special powers, so it's more like they're characters than people so long as I keep them in the MAMAverse, lmfao ~

It really depends on the ship to be honest!
Plus, ships don't have to be romanticised as some people claim them to be.
There's just so much bromance/friendship/kinship/frenemyship etc to be shipped so yes! ; u ;

I personally is a huge fan of Minron because of how close they are,
and I loved the whole cat-and-mouse playful relationship between Ren and JR.

It's just so much love watching them together ; u ;

About 2 weeks ago (post jooyeon graduation), Jungah posted a picture of them all siting in their apartment (they live together outside of the dorms) talking about hanging with Old Caramel.

Right, right. Normally I don't care for shipping of real people, but since it's so expected, encouraged, and promoted in KPOP, it feels more okay??? You know? Like they know it's going on and they often encourage it because it keeps the fanbases very strong.

I don't. I mean, I guess I "friendship" idols and groups with other groups. In a sense that... I think probably Nu'est and Vixx could be buds. BrOTP's and all that. And certainly some groups not only know about shipping but are more than happy to provide fanservice to support the fandom. Shipping though, nah I don't do it with real people. BUT. I don't judge the people that do, and there's no sense in wasting energy on hate.

Right, I agree. I only see that the shipping becomes a problem when people let it make them obsessive and hateful to anyone near members of their ship. Shipping can get pretty ugly sometimes but as long as people remember it's just for fun, I don't have a problem with it.
