Well, I ship because I LOVE to write, and I don't like to write with books or series characters, I mean, they already exists in someon else's mind, I cannot construct them as I think they are. I'm a very observing person, so I construct my fictions characters excatly as I think they are in real life, even if they can't show it in public. Actually, my mind is VERY awkward to understand and explain, I'm sorry. :/

I agree. I think if a lot of people don't get into a fandom because of an aesthetic interest, it's because the fandom always looks like they're having a good time. <3
